Members' rights and policy

1. Members can decide for themselves whether willing to accept from time to time newsletters of discounts or related information.

2. As long as becoming the Ezasiamall members can enjoy any organized activities, newsletter subscriptions, shopping preferences and other rights to participate in related activities

3. If members forget your password, click "Forgot your password?" and enter the user pre-set receiving e-mail address, if the input of data is correct password will be automatically sent to the original set up receiving e-mail addresses. Apply for more than one account per person or user account repeated is prohibited. Ezasiamall will not take responsibilities for the repeat users of the application because of a misjudgment system damage caused personal rights and interests

4. Member information changes or if it has found a mistake of personal data should be corrected immediately, Ezasiamall will not take responsibilities because of information distribution caused by an error or other circumstances.

6. Members need to be identified and accept the former Ezasiamall processes and transactions and agreed the ordering of products, each transaction was recorded in a data bank of Ezasiamall, such as if the transactions in dispute, Ezasiamall will be based on the record of electronic transactions.

7. Member shall not in any form of intentional destruction Ezasiamall information and functions, any user with the intent to destroy the invasion, Ezasiamall will dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and criminal responsibility.

   Ezasiamall use UPS, FEDEX and EMS for shipping
   Normally it's only taking 2 to 3 day for shipping
   Customer will get the notice with the tracking number by e-mail
   Customer can track their ship detail at www.fedex.com , www.ups.com and http://postserv.post.gov.tw
